Before you roll — the rules

1

Intro hooks — "Hi, I'm Mona…"

The kickoff priority. Shoot 10–20 short intro hooks in different visual setups. Only the first 1.5–3s is scripted ("Hi, I'm Mona…") — the rest is b-roll. Every hook is swappable against the same b-roll narrative, so one strong body serves many openers. Full scripted videos are not the goal this shoot — visuals + hooks are. Aim: 1–2 finished intro videos as the first content out the door. Each row below is a different setup — vary outfit, framing (wide/medium/close), and 3–5 takes each.
Wave hello in a doorway / window
Step into frame or catch the light at a window and wave — warm, immediate. Handheld, natural. The friendliest opener.
MediumEssentialHook
Holding a neuroscience book to camera
Book in hand, glance up, deliver the line. Ties the hook to the brain/neuro identity from frame one.
Medium + CloseEssentialHook
Mid-neurohack / tapping, then look up
Caught mid-technique (tapping / breath reset) and turning to camera. The recurring visual-identity element as an opener.
MediumEssentialHook · neurohack
At the office desk, glancing up from work
Seated at Kami's office desk, look up mid-work and greet. Authority + workplace context.
MediumEssentialHook · office
Walking the Donaukanal — greet on the move
Walk-and-talk along the canal en route to the office. Energy + place. Handheld / freestyle.
MediumEssentialHook · canal
Standing in the meeting room, different outfit
Fresh outfit for a distinct "day". Meeting-room / glass-wall backdrop reads as authority. 3–5 takes.

Coaching & office scene

At Kami's office (Head Smart Group). New footage the archive has none of — feeds the keynote / authority / testimonial formats. Coaching can be real or staged. Tripod for the scripted / business framing; grab handheld cutaways too. Dual-angle where you can (camera + phone).
1-on-1 coaching — real or staged
Mona across from a client (a colleague is fine as stand-in). Warm, engaged, leaning in. The core authority proof.
Medium + CloseEssentialCoaching · 0 clips
Workshop / group with colleagues
Mona leading a small group at the office — Kami and colleagues around the table. Reads as trusted expert in a room.
Wide + MediumEssentialWorkshop · 0 clips
Whiteboard / glass-wall framework session
Drawing a neural-pathway framework for the group, gesturing to the board. Feeds the keynote format directly.
Wide + MediumEssentialBoard
Over-the-shoulder + reaction cutaways
Behind Mona toward the client / group, plus close reactions (nods, note-taking). Editing glue for the testimonial cut.

Signature block

At the office desk / meeting-room glass wall · outfit 1. Fills the two biggest gaps — the neuroscience look and frameworks — plus the handwriting refresh. Recurring element: work a neurohack / tapping beat into a spare moment here — mind-repetition builds the visual identity.
Brain model + neuroscience books on the desk
Warm minimal desk, soft window light, shallow depth. The single most on-brand asset you don't have.
Close / detailEssentialNeuro · 0 clips
Hand-drawing a neural / brain diagram in a notebook
Over-the-shoulder + close on the pen. Real ink echoes your handwriting font.
Over-shoulder + CloseEssentialNeuro · 0 clips
Drawing a framework on a glass wall / whiteboard
Neural-pathway map, connected nodes, arrows. Shot from behind + a medium of your hand. Only 2 clips exist in 4 years.
Wide + MediumEssentialBoard · 2 clips
Sticky-note mind-map building up on a wall
Place notes one by one — reads as a timelapse-able "thinking" sequence.
MediumNiceBoard
Red-pen close-up annotating dense handwritten notes
Replicate the archive's best shot (IMG_8869) in your current look — a neuro framework on the page.
Extreme closeEssentialRefresh
Writing at a dark desk against a floor-to-ceiling window
Replicate IMG_8515 — the most cinematic desk setup in the bank. Recreate against a Vienna window.
WideEssentialRefresh
Keynote-prep rehearsal at home
Pacing with notes, mouthing lines — feeds the keynote-testimonial format.
MediumNiceNeuro
Laptop work + reading with a pen in hand
Quiet, no-eye-contact. Refresh of the 2023 desk material in today's wardrobe.

Café block

A Viennese coffeehouse · outfit 2. The fastest, highest-leverage grab of the trip — ~15 café clips exist and none are the classic ritual.
The melange ritual — coffee + open notebook + pen
Still-life detail on marble, window light. Universally relatable connective tissue.
Close / detailEssentialCafé · thin
Journaling at a window seat
Shot from the side / behind — no eye contact, soft light. The scarce observational texture.
MediumEssentialCafé · thin
Laptop + coffee at the table

City block — the Donaukanal walk

The Donaukanal walk en route to the office · outfit 3, golden hour if the timing lands. Observational, third-person, filmed from behind — corrects the archive's biggest weakness, where all the walking is phone-in-hand selfie. This is the free filming opportunity the ~13 min commute hands you.
Walking through Viennese architecture, from behind
Third-person, unaware of camera, no phone in hand. The "produced" feel the archive lacks.
Wide + MediumEssentialWalk · selfie-only
Donaukanal walk at dusk
Modern remake of the strong 2023 night-canal mood shots. Reflections on the water.
WideEssentialWalk
Architecture look-ups + walking through columns / doorways
WideNiceWalk
On-the-go beats — entering a building, stairs, checking notes
Purposeful movement, still no phone-to-face.

Movement & reset block

A short athletic / morning-routine set. Refreshes the fragmented, mostly-2023 fitness & lifestyle material in today's look.
Run / stride past camera
Third-person, not a treadmill selfie. Only 2 clips of 2026 fitness exist.
WideEssentialRefresh
Stretch / warm-up sequence
MediumNiceRefresh
Morning-routine beats — water, light, journal
Quiet, calm. Feeds the day-in-the-life revival.
Medium + CloseNiceRefresh
Pause on a bench, looking out over the water
Thinking / regulation — the calm she sells. A "breathing" beat.
WideNiceRefresh
Day-in-the-life spine: capture one timestamped beat per block — 7:00 wake/water · 8:00 desk · 10:00 café · 13:00 walk · 16:00 sport · 19:00 wind-down — so a full "day as a neuro-coach & founder" cuts itself.

Photos are separate: a ~2-hour block on its own, natural light (Lara's preference) — don't mix into the video blocks.

Music & licensing: genres = classical · afro / upbeat · piano. Trendy TikTok / IG songs are ruled out (GEMA in Germany; different rules in Switzerland) — unlicensed music is a real risk, so we score with original / properly-licensed music only.

B-roll from 2022: usable only as short cutaways (~2s max) — anything scripted is always filmed fresh.

Next steps after the shoot: review content → finalize brand kit → plan the onboarding workshop → define the ongoing content strategy.
